Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information docwhip.com handles when you use the site and our document tools.

Your documents stay on your device

Word to PDF, Merge PDF and Split PDF run entirely in your web browser. Your files are read and processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our server, so we do not receive, store or see their contents. When you close or reload the page, they are gone.

Our PDF to Word converter, which used a server, is currently offline. If we bring back any tool that sends files to a server, we will say so clearly on that tool and update this policy first.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosting and network providers, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is separate from your documents, which are never sent to us. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply and keep them for as long as needed to handle your request.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We do not currently use analytics services, and we do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

We plan to show ads in the future using Google AdSense. Before ads go live, we will update this section to explain how third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and how you can opt out of personalized advertising.

Your choices

You can use the tools without giving us any personal information. You can also block cookies in your browser at any time.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
